In an effort to quickly and accurately apply your sales tax exemption to your specific transaction, NMC has purchased an electronic document scanning system which will allow our sales personnel to visually access your completed Exemption Certificate. This system will greatly reduce lost forms and allow our employees to quickly and accurate determine the sales tax status for each of the many different type of products and services offered by NMC.

Whether you're a large company or an owner operator trucker, NMC is glad to accept your fully completed Sales Tax Exemption Form. Attention to the detail is the key to success in preparing your Form for exemption. Any information missing from the required areas may render your Form non- acceptable according to the the Department of Revenue. In this unfortunate situation we can not honor your Form.
